We all struggle, we all encounter challenges in life, and whether you feel it's too much and you're finding it hard to cope, or you want to deepen your personal development, counselling can be a deeply healing space to explore different parts of yourself, and take control of your life and your future. I am a person-centred counsellor, I work with adults of different gender, races, religions and ages and have training and experience in a variety of issues like depression, anxiety, self-esteem, abuse (DA, DV, SA), suicidal ideation, trauma (CT, CSA, cumulative trauma, adjustment disorder); I offer my clients a safe, non-judgmental, confidential and comfortable space for us to explore together whatever they need.
I base my work on the use of empathy and empowerment and regularly participate in CPD to improve my practice and continue to give my best to all my clients. I am willing to offer you a warm and safe space so that you can feel understood and supported in your process and get the most out of your counselling and personal development experience.
